This home is currently in the permit process, and will be built in 2008 as a true Zero-Energy home. It will have a 3.24 KW solar PV system and a 40-tube solar hot water heater on the south facing roof section. This house employs Universal Design, allowing a handicapped person full access to all main floor areas and features. The second floor loft can be configured as a second bedroom, or as an office or multi-purpose room. We will soon be offering a version of this plan with two bedrooms and a bath on the second floor, similar to plan #C-10.
