| Each plan in this collection has been built at least once. Each plan has been updated to reflect any changes that may have taken place during construction. Every home built to these plans is qualified under the IRS Tax Code Section 1332, Credit for Construction of New Energy Efficient Homes of the Energy Policy Act of 2005. All are built to the requirements of the 2003 or 2006 IRC, seismic zone D1 or D2, winds to 84 MPH sustained gusts, 25 psf snow load. Since these homes have already been engineered once, up-dated engineering for your project may be available at a substantially reduced cost.
